Do you guys trust or ever used one of those hand held body fat calipers I used one last week said I was 25% body fat !!! There's no way I'm that high I'm 18% tops ! I'm gonna use it again next week but I'm finding it to hard to Belive as I'm a pretty big guy lots of muscle on this Frame been training 5 years one cycle under the belt wanna get down to 15% then start my second
21 6ft1 240 bf% ?

they are not the most accurate to begin with and then you have to factor in who is actually giving them to you... most of the people using them have no fucking clue what they are doing... go get dunked underwater for the most accurate reading on it...

I would love to post a pic but I'm not a platinum plus I don't know how to post pics of someone can help me I would live some criticism! Good or bad

Depends on who is taking the measurement and how many sites are used... to be honest I find out of the readily available methods ie body fat calculators (using neck waist height weight etc), electronic measurement and calipers that the calipers are significantly more accurate than the others... Agree with Dylan on the underwater dunking being most accurate, but where I live at least you'd have a hell of a time finding somewhere to get that done...

If done correctly, skin fold measurements with calipers can be very accurate...especially if doing at least a 3 point test. They must be done correctly for accuracy though.

Hydrostatic weighing or a BodPod are the most accurate, but not the cheapest or easiest route to take
