Thats fucked up..I started liften when I was 21! I will be 26 next friday. The reason I started liften was In 7 months my grandma died, my bestfriend died, and my dad died. I was freaking out. My buddy said "Hey why dont you go to the gym with me, it will help" So I did..that day changed my life forever..working out keeps me sane..and helps keep the demons away, it is the only thing that helped me in a situation that I almost could not bear to live with.

This pathetic piece of shit article disgusts me..it's the worst type of bullshit, truth mixed with lies and propaganda...talk about fucking 'playa hataz.' Jeeez...why can't fat people leave us alone? :)

On a more humorous note, I don't know what that website is, but here's their fax number lol:

Seems like a valid article to me, most of it makes complete sense. Of course, a lot of it is based on opinion, but there is probably more truth to it than you would like.

Its a stupid article which does not stand for anything, its just another opinion trying to be a rule.

Its very simple for 2bit people to impose an opinion on something they have not even got the motivation to attempt, they will belittle it as madness or illness purely because they do not understand it. why? Because they are nothing people.

Articles like this piss me off, its like saying

Be happy about who you are, work like a robot, live a 2bit life, eat shit but enjoy it, die for nothing, achieve nothing, do not embrace change, be yourself.

Yourself, now what is yourself? Is it the you they want you to be or the you you want to be?

I think anyone who judges or condems someone else's liife style is inherently evil. That goes for anyone, even some of you on this board who bash people cause they are fat and don't work out! who are you to condem others because they don't fit your mold? Just food for thought.

I think most of you are misinterpreting the article, the article clearly distinguishes between the mental illness and the lifestyle. It implies a warped sense of identity and one's own body.

I don't like the reference that steroids would lead to heroin and other drug use.

You gotta love american medicine, there's a disorder for everything.
