Sorry, I don't have advice for woman on how to GAIN muscle. But, my ex GF had a simmilar body as yours and she LOST 210lbs. She lost it by bitching at me and expecting to kiss her ass 24/7 bc she was hot.


(In case you didn't figure it out... I was the 210lbs of muscle she lost)

Right now I have been eating like this.
Meal 1: Cup of Oatmeal, Protein powder, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Vitamins
Meal 2: Chicken, salad, 1/2 cup of yams
Meal 3: Can of tuna, broccoli or other green vegetables
Meal 4: Chicken, vegs, cup of brown rice
Meal 5: Protein Shake
Meal 6: Protein Shake
I space my meals like 2 and a half to 3 and a half hours apart depending on class.
Sometimes I will have meal 1 twice and shift everything down one so I only have one protein shake.

Just a thought, if your breakdown of foods is good and you`re working out at night (between meals 4-6) then you should try and concentrate carbs during that time to take advantage of their utilization. Directly after the workout and within 2 hours or so, and both those meals should only really have carbs and protein. Some people may not follow this theory but a lot do. Just something to try or think about that might work. Good luck

Also, how are your triceps responding? If they`re good, then that`s fine, but you don`t have a mass builder in there. You can do Skull crushers or CGBP... even dips... at least one multijoint movement in there would be better IMO.

How many sets do you do for all those exercises? How many reps?

anyway i dont come to EF to pick up chicks, youd ahve to be a bit insane to do that. i mean, really, im in australia for goodness sakes! as nice as it is to chat to people and forge genuine relationships. lightning would have to strike for me to meet them in person, ala me coming to america for an independent holiday and saying hey, im near xxxxx place, xxxxx lives there, ill get in touch and have a laugh

i dont have a drama getting girls, i just have a drama with the ones around here. its one of those towns where people know other peoples business far too well. oh well, ill move eventually

but i can tell you that if i was beautiful enough to pose for playboy or model, i'd most likely come to somplace new and try to be taken seriously at first. let people get to know me and figure out what kind of place it is, before shouting out "playboy". courtney is obviously upset that she's not believed, which is probably raising a red flag too, but i find it more telling that she was quick about telling us her boyfriend problems and playboy issues so fast.

Well what it proved was if you saw the first picture on my profile of me in the bikini you can clearly see it is me. I wanted you to ask your friend about the tattoos because I have two very distinct tattoos. The one on my upper back is a sun with the Japanese symbol for Pure in the middle. The one on the bottom of my back looks like my skin has been ripped open and there is a maple leaf imbedded in the muscle. Now I have attached some more photos here. You can see my face the tattoos etc. I will have to look for some better picture of them or have a friend take a pic because normally during photo shoots they cover them up.
I have been a member of this site since May but have not posted anything except to email daisy girl and fitfossil about a cycle of whinny I was on in may. You can ask them if you really care. I just decided to post some things here this last week. I thought it would be good for me to become active on here to keep me busy between meals etc.. Plus I liked the idea of talking with people who take fitness as serious as me. So when I am dying for ice cream someone can understand my pain. That is all. I didn’t expect to have to prove I was a female and that that I am not a liar. Anyone that would take the time to lie to people that have no idea who you are is pathetic.
All I wanted was to make some new pen pals and have some good conversations with people like me.
