Bloodwork mystery

Cycle: 500mg cyp, 40mg ox, 500mg eq. All gear was 100% real. I'm 23 years old, 190lbs, 11%bf.

Anti-E taken was 2.5mg Femara EOD till end of clomid therapy.

3-week clomid therapy took place 3 weeks after last shot of eq (2 weeks after last shot of test).

One week after clomid (so 6 weeks after last test shot) my values are as follows:

Total Test - 1684 (norm 300-1000)
Free Test - 578 (norm 34-194)
Bioavailable test - 1164 (84-402)
Estradiol - 58 (norm 10-50)
FSH - 4.7 (norm 1.4-18.4)
LH - 10.5 (norm 1.5-9.3)

WTF? No, I did not get the timing wrong, this is really 6 weeks after my last shot of test and 1 week after clomid. I took ox till about 1 week prior to clomid...

Why does this shit look like I'm still on a cycle? (I feel great, btw, and my balls are their usual size).

And no, I do not have baselines. So for anyone getting bloodwork, I implore you, get your baselines first.

Look at the values really closely. If you're not sure what's different about them then, no offense, you're probably not qualified to tell me what the cause of those values is.

(specifically, the question is Why does this shit look like I'm still on a cycle?, shit being my word for blood test results)

My idea is this, the anti-E's and clomid are going to put your test lvls. up for 2 reasons. One the anti-E's will indirectly elevate test because they are attached to the estrogen receptors but with different conformation as the E. leaving more E. free in the circulation and, the clomid got your boys working, apparently well. I have a few bio-chem classes under my belt but I am still learning myself. Huck is a guru as is Fonz and a couple of others on here, if you don't get a response bump it a couple of times until you get your answer. I think the reasons I stated above are pretty on target. Since you have finished your clomid / anti-e wait a couple of weeks and check it again, I think you'll find the test lvls will come down. After all it has only been 6 wks and you have been taking gear to surpress estrogen and get your boys making natural test again.

There's a pretty good debate (actually several) on the AF board - check them out.

I've considered that and personally don't think that's the case. Zyg believes the increased LH is a result of letrozole's action, personally I think it's the HPTA trying to go back to homeostasis (and a post-cycle increase in LH and FSH means it's doing just that).

The reason I don't think higher test is the result of anti-e's is because my friggin' estrogen values are so high, leading me to believe that the anti-e's were not particularly effective in the first place.

As for the high test value... I'm clueless.
