Dunno where you're located bro, but I'm pretty sure that doc-patient confidentiality laws protect you from being squealed on. The most he could probably do is discharge you as a patient.
make a list of supplements and claim thats what must have done it
include AIFM and confuse the hell out of him
if you create doubt and admit nothing you win
posted that on another thread
think it applies here

A simple blood test will not show up any gear as I’m sure he is not testing you for gear just your blood levels.
Secondly don’t worry your self over it too much. I have high blood pressure a hereditary problem with my family, nothing to worry about as long as its controlled a. I have to have a yearly blood test, the doctor gives me a very comprehensive test, he does not pick up on the gear. I always do a 12 week course with 12 weeks off from the time I finish my PCT. With 12 weeks off my bodies levels always return to normal, and he does not suspect a thing.
If you have been off for some time don’t worry, if you have just come off wait a bit till your levels return to normal, then have the test.
Your Chol will be messed up to the point he's going to be shocked. You can use AIFM as an excuse but the truth is that like Aromasin, AIFM doesn't affect you chol levels. But he won't know that.
Elevated red, white cells, platelets,Uric acid can cause gout(does for me).
18 gauge needle and gauze pad all that is required for bleeding 1 pint every 2 weeks
