Been off 8 weeks from a short 5 week var/prop cycle.
Area's of concern

AST 63
ALT 158
HDL 32
LDL 149

Test level are fine.

Can I start a test/npp cycle? Any supplements you recomend with this cycle?

Thanks in advance for your input...

AST and ALT are liver and muscle enzymes. Elevated levels usually indicate liver problems, hepatitis, excess alcohol ingestion, muscle injury and recent heart attack. Those levels are more than likely elevated because of the VAR... did you run any Tyler's throughout that cycle?

Your LDL should be less than 130 and the HDL over 40... again, to be expected after a cycle. Take Tyler's Liver Detox, flush-free Niacin, plenty of EFA's (flax / olive oil), and maybe even policosinol.... your levels should go back to normal in no time... I would get my levels back to normal before jumping onto another cycle

Thanks for the reply,
I actually did take tyler & rala throughout cycle & post cycle. I just think var is not for me. I hear niacin is bad for liver values though?
I think I need to stay away fro var from here on out..

I've never taken Var, so I can't speak from personal experience....but I've seen enough posts to know that it can screw with your cholesterol/liver values.... yes, higher dosages of niacin may affect the liver, since it lowers cholesterol via liver function... time-released ("flush-free") are thought to be especially higher in toxicity (at higher dosages).... you can start off with a very low dose such as 100mg ED and work your way up to 250mg ED... any higher and you might be asking for trouble.... if you know you have any type of liver disease, or if you drink often, then don't take niacin
