Blood test results back....

I went for the blood test yesterday to check my test levels and some other tests too..... I think the others were for my organs or something. Just the basics I guess. Anyway the secretary called me before and told me that the results came in and all is well,Thank G-D. I wanted low test results though!!! I wanted him to give me something to take to boost it way up. I ate shitty for days before the test hoping it would lower my test but I guess it didnt lower it enough. Fuck!!! Now Im going to have to find another way to get it

This would be a good time to really read the blood test result printout. It has the ranges right on the sheet. Ask for a copy.

If you don't know the categories, there are web sites that will show you how to read it all. Just Google.

You'll also see if he tested all your hormone levels, including esto and PSA.

I have an Anti-aging Doc and he tests over 22 items four times a year. I can line my tests up with some personal notes about diet and such .... and see what made what do what ... especially testo, esto, PSA, cholesterol and DHT.

For example:
My Total cholesterol went up to 190 with the biggest jump in trigls ....

"What sugar have you been eating?"
"Ice cream at night ... just 6 ounces!"
"That did it."
