Blood pressure

I am not currently taking anything, I have been of steroids for two weeks. I just visted the doctor and my blood pressure is up. Its ok, but its 130 instead of 120. The thing is I know that when I was on steroids my blood pressure went up quite a bit because when I first started I had nose bleeds at least 4 times a day.

My question is what should I take to reduce my blood pressure when taking AS?

I here some sort of painkiller is good for this.

You can take drugs to lower blood pressure but the best option is to switch your gear to something that works well but doesn't cause it to rise and to keep a check on your diet etc. What gear were you on, I'm willing to bet some dbol was involved?
