So my blood pressure has went up while on. What do you guys take while your on to combat high blood pressure. I was aware that this would happen but I am also taking phentermine wihch is a diet pill and it raises bp too, so I have decided if there is something I can get my hands on while im on I will get it. Thanks bros.

Really? I try to avoid excess sodium while on, isnt v8 loaded with it? I prefer to take a 81mg asprin in the morning, does wonders for me.

I just started taking an aspirin a day this morning, any other tricks, so that extract works for you?

yeah bro the asprin usually works for me... i used to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and it worked wonders on me..

Drink plenty of water to get rid of you sodium and/or get your hands on a mild diuretic. This will help you drop about 10-20 points on your BP. Taking and anti e will also help.

what would you recommend for a mild diuretic?

Diet is #1 then as someone said otc supps work too hathworn berry extract, garlic extract, fish oils, ect... if the diet is spot on, and taking supps, and b/p still high may have to look into b/p meds while on.. forgot to mention watch water retention, that is my problem but dbol is the only thing that kills me.. gl..

I had the same problem and someone suggested taurine and potassium. I got some taurine/potassium with magnesium caps made by NOW Products and it knocked down my BP by 15pts with 6 pills a day...good stuff!

How high is your BP? If you don't mind me asking.

I have to agree with diet, no added salt and avoid processed foods that contain salt.
However diet alone most likely will not help alot and quick enough. You might consider dropping the phenteramine, just to see what happens to the BP.

DO the asprin but add 500mg of magnesium oxide and 100mg B-6 , take both at 8am and again at 5pm

get the real stuff from a doctor. bp & a water pill. it'll cost like 10 bucks a month.
