hi guys i have a problem ,i am on 100mg of prop e36hour and 50mg of proviron..

i have blood pressure spike during the day from 120/60 to 210/90 only sintomps i get is feel hot.. can be ass related?

my doc say is anxiety related but i know what anxiety or panic attack feel like i suffer from this.

my cardiologist check me and everything in heart was ok size, pulse ecc. He say to stop AAS because can be the cause. He put me on holter and next week i will know something more. But nobody want give me meds so i think for my health i should do something my self, because anxiety or not 210 of sistolic is dangerous. What can i take? there is something appropiate for steroid user? i am scared because i read that reading over 180 are potentialy life treatening(hypertensive crisis). Another thing, after workout my blood pressure is pretty good for 2hours or more 120/60.

salt is low.. adex dosed correctly..

1) Over 200 while not exercising is time to visit the ER.
2) GW can help alittle but you don't need alittle help you need a ton.
3) To test if it's anxiety just have your doc prescribe you 1 week of Xanax to try. (1 week because you never take this long term) if that doesn't drop your BP like a rock its not anxiety
4) Most likely you need a beta blocker like toprol XL as beta blockers help stop BP swings and heart rate swings.
5) Until you figure out what is wrong get off the AAS!

Never ever heard of a Dr not wanting to put someone on BP. Usually if you even sneeze near them they go oh maybe you should be on BP medicine. Just make sure they give you a beta blocker and not an alpha blocker

I take zestril 5mg/day on cycle for blood pressure.

Polar Bear, I laughed at your comment on taking xanax long term. I've been on it continuously for 25 YEARS! I have pretty severe panic attacks with agorophobia. My first psychiatrist had me taking 24 mg/day at one point! Yes, you read that correctly, that's 12 of the 2mg bars daily! I know that no doctor would do that now but at the time I guess they just didn't know any better. My dose is down to 4mg/day but I am now taking remeron with it.

Long term Xanax use causes the inability to process emotions correctly both the good and bad ones. Over time as your mind gets used to deadened emotions it won't know what to do with an actual emotion and will freak out. Whatever doctor stuck you on that long term should be sued for malpractice. Step one would be get a new doctor and have them try to break the dependency your body has on Xanax and get you onto something less destructive and addictive.

...Demonstrations of the effectiveness of XANAX by systematic clinical study are limited to 4 months duration for anxiety disorder and 4 to 10 weeks duration for panic disorder;...

And the max dose for any use is 10mg...so he had you on a short term medicine long term at overdose levels...yeah he needs to not have a license to prescribe...

.

Zestril is a generic of lisinopril that is a alpha blocker. While that will lower your overall blood pressure it will do nothing to stop large swings in BP. Again if you are having large swings in BP you need the other class of BP medicine called beta blockers.

Have you by chance had a EPS study done to see if you have a 2ndary path in your heart that is triggered by stress/anxiety (adrenalin)? If you do that would explain the huge jump in bp during times of major emotion.

today will talk with my doc howewer i don't have heart spike only pressure, my heart stay at 60-75 at rest.

for my anxiety he put me on valium 2mg 3 times a day now he increase dose to 5mg 3 time a day feel very good but high blood pressure is still there..
i think i am physical addicted now

Are you trying to kill him? He needs to stay away from all AAS, all research chems, all peptides, and see several specialists including a cardiologist.

Someone with severe emotional issues, bp that is sending them to the hospital and other unknown root causes of the heart and bp issue needs to say the hell away from everything.
The last thing he needs is 2 things that are known to cause heart bp and emotional issues in some people in the form of ugl or research chems.

are you fucking for real? of course he needs to see a doctor but ciallis is easy to get and lowers bp extremely well. it was originally made as a blood pressure drug btw....

i wasnt telling him to take the other stuff i was simply telling him how low it keeps my bp when on stuff that should sky rocket it.

I've had all of this shit at one time or another. I've had a 270 over 200 reading after doing six wheels on squats and then gorging myself on Chinese buffet. In the end, the juice, the training, it all had something to do with it. But.......one thing no one understands or something most overlook is that stimulants do just as much yo yo - ing to your blood pressure as anything else. Taking all those shitty energy drinks, the eca stack, mini thins, two ways, red bull, SMOKING, it was a bigger contributor to my high bp than aas. Having a shitty diet of fast food and proceed foods will do it too. And something else I want to add, telling your doc about aas is a bit of risk. This shit gets charted.

not in Australia, everything here is completely private 👌

i tell my doc my "habit" and i will regret this for life.. now every thing happen to me is ass related for him..

today he put me on atenololo 25mg... this shit work ,from reading over 200 now 110/55 in a couple of hours. Never had blood pressure that low .

Your insurance company knows ALL. And they are the ones going ya or nay to any future treatments.

here you have to sign to allow information from one gp to another or for insurance to see your medical records. its not kept as one big record. if you see 5 gps then all 5 have access to different records. for example i changed gps and had to sign over all my blood test results to the new gp.

My point is that they will put that you're a steroid user on paper. And if it's not prescribed, you've got a recreational drug user label. Then people look at you and any health problems in a different light. Another thing here is BMI. Doesn't matter if you're ripped, if your BMI is high, you're now in a high risk category and receive a different kind of treatment.

yes i completely understand that. but here information you give to a gp stays with the gp. if you move gps the new gp cant have access to anything saying youre a steroid user unless you sign it over to them. i need it medically but get it ug cause doctors are fuckinh stupid over here and didn't think that me having multiple bloods with test at 175ng/dl with no prior aas use (probs thought i was lying, i was pretty big for my age natty) would not prescribe me.

my mums a nurse here and i discussed all this with her before i confessed my aas usage as i had concerns about its implications to begin with as well.

I was diagnosed mild hypertension and was very reluctant to go on prescription meds so with a little research got onto Hawthorn Berry. Gone from 150/100 to 130/70 also bought myself a monitor, check it 3x a day
