Blood clot?

Hey guys did anyone see that ESPN special on that boxer that lost both of his legs b/c of blood clots? If so why did he get clots? B/c he was abusing roids or b/c they can cause this regularly. Also if it does, what are the signs of a blood clot?

ESPN didnt tell you the whole story...He had an infection and needed them amuptated...thats what I have read anyways...

the doc told the fool to stop juicing that he had a clot! he continued to ABUSE not use steriods-he was warned! He went to congress with his battle against juice, and cried- People like him ruin it for everyone else. There is the difference between use & abuse!!!!!

I don't see anyway that gear can cause a clot. It was probably something else of his stupid doing, but what dose everyone blame gear. It's fucking stupid.

did any of you hear that story about that guy a-f-x, who on his first cycle of just testosterones, he gained plenty of muscle, dropped good amounts of fat without even trying, and now feels and looks the best that he ever has in his entire life? i dont think he suffered from any side effects either- he also still has both his legs!!!

Certain types of gear can increase red blood cell counts. So it's not impossible that using too much of those types of compounds for too long of a period could cause clots to form from having so many blood cells that the blood cant flow properly. Granted, that's probably an extreme case, but not out of the realm of possibilities.

Ever hear about the horrors of blood doping when athletes used to save their red blood cells and inject them back into themselves before competition? When they went overboard they'd be found dead with blood so thick that it was like a syrup or gel.
