blood clot / cyst?

I am now starting t worry. It has been 6 days since my last injection in my left quad. (1cc sustanon250) I went a little bit farther to the outside of the muscle this time. I had a very hard time injecting the sust. My leg is still sore as shit and I still have some swelling around the area. I don't feel sick in anyway, but I am unsure as to why it still is so sore. I keep my injections as sterile as possible using different needles to inject and to extract the oil. I shower just prior to injecting and use dial soap. I am still in some pretty bad pain, but it seems to be a little better than 2 days ago. Anybody has this happen before? I am kind of nervous that it may be a blood clot or a cyst. I didn't hit any veins and it didn't bleed much at all when I removed the needle. What do you guys think I should do at this point?

Dude when I put gear in my quads it's always like that for about a week or so, I dont do quad injections any longer. It stays pretty sore, then when it drops it pretty muchs goes away all in one night.
