does anyone know of a drug that would help blood circulation and not hinder gains. I have poor blood circulation it is hertery and was wondering what would help. I do cardio and it helps but looking for something more

There are all kinds of things that will dialate your vessels if that's what you're looking to do. I'd talk to your doctor about it first.

You say you "do cardio." What exactly do you do, and what adaptation are you looking to bring about?

Heat, stretching and viagara (LOL).

Most that will really get things going are prescrition. Talk to a sports medicine Dr.

thanks guys, i am really looking for something to get my blood flowing better as i have poor curculation in my knees and skin

I do a lot of elipitical and bike i have bad knees
