Bloating effects on Anavar..

Are there any? Any negative side effects? What would be considered the minimum dosage for a first timer? 40mg ok or will 30mg cut it?

Anavar will not cause you to retain water. The only negative side effect I've heard of is decreased appetite. I'd use 40 mg/ed for 8-12 weeks. What are your stats, goals, and as experience?

I have had some fat loss while taking 40mg ED and doing no cardio. Excellent strength increase. Do not expect huge gains from it but nice slow and solid gains. I
