bloated :(

Right, ive just increased my total caloric intake from a cutting 1700 cals per day to a bulking 2500 calaries a day in preparation to my anavar cycle in three weeks where I plan to up it to 3000 cals. Problem is, im getting bloated to fuck now eating 2500 cals. My diet is as follows:

meal 1:
7:00am
NLarge shake with water, and 2 weetabix in 200ml milk

meal 2:
9:30
2 slices wholmeal toas + banana

meal 3:
12:00 (before gym)
chicken+bacon salad sandwich on wholemeal (2 slices wholmeal bread) + protein shake

meal 4:
4:00 (after gym)
chicken + roasted veg (peppers and mushrooms) sandwich (2 slices wholmeal bread) + protein shake

meal 5:
7:00
2 chicken breasts and vegitables + protein shake +tbsp flax oil

meal 6:
10:00
protein shake with tbsp of flax oil.

Add ontop of this about 1.5 gallons of water + energy drink with creatine and im just bloated. god only knows how ill consume 3000 cals... maybe up the flax oil amount? I dunno.

anyways any thing that can help me get down more food? BTW, the protein shakes (except the nlarge) are 22g protein and i take with 200ml water to lessen amount of liquid.

its hard to get the red meat while at work thats why so many shakes... milk is first thing in the morning... bloatyness sets in during pre and post workout meals :(

go easy on sodium. As far a trying to eat meat at work, I went out a bought a food dehydrator. I make hamemade beef jerky. Just snack on it all day. Hope this helps.
 
Take giner root caps to help with bloat and with the ability to increase protein digestion. 500-1000mg/meal is a good start. adjust according to results. Actually a Mod here macoalpha69 posted this info in a sticky last month. I tried it and have been feeling great the last month of eating big time protein 300-350 grms/day.
