Blew off my face today

There I was in the gym doing heavy bench with just the bar...2nd set..3rd rep, there I am pushing the shit up, my spotter is like "yeah come on big chest! BIIIIG fukkin chest!" And I grunted and strained so hard my face basically blew right off. I had snot and blood and skull everywhere, my spotter was covered in it, he was pissed, but fuck him, I got the rep without his help. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow. I don't even care.
