Bleaching hair

I dont have the money it takes to buy bleaching products. Can it be done with simple hydrogen peroxide (oxygenated water) like the Eminem wannabe on the murder video?

just go to something like forsees beauty products
all you need is
two packs of de-dusted hair bleach (purple & white bag) $6-7
1 4oz. bottle of 40. developer $4-5
two surgical gloves $.50-1.00

i used to pay $80 to have the same exact thing done in a salon
