Hello all, I've been away for quite some time. I just recently finished (successfully) some "chemo" for hep-c.. I have been out of the game for over 2 years but am happy to report that I am healthy and strong and Hep free for the first time since my diagnosis nearly 11 years ago!I have been back to the weights now for nearly a full month and the soreness is now no longer extremely painful but simply a reminder that I had a great workout! I am glad to see familiar boards up and running. This is an exciting time for me as I feel almost reborn. I hope to enjoy learn and share with you all. Those of you who remember me its good to be back. I have been a member slash moderator on many boards in the past 12 years, this one along with Freakz seem to be dinosaurs! That is great news for me as I hope to be reacquainted with you all!
