actually, it wasn't terrible, but i was definitely disappointed (although i probably shouldn't have been, considering it's a blade movie).
the whole movie had this too-hip-generation-next vibe going on...especially jessica biel. attractive, yes, as usual. but she actually used an ipod to play motherfucking MP3s when she hunted vampires.
and ryan reynolds (dude from van wilder) was constantly cracking jokes, which is obviously why he was there...but even though some of them were funny (he calls this vampire chick a 'cockjuggling thundercunt' and that is awesome), eventually it wasn't all that funny.
the music was kind of generic/lame.
wesley snipes is hard to take seriously at times because it seems like he tries too hard to pull off the badass thing...that look on his face is a bit too intense, etc...
and i thought the final boss/bad guy would be more of an ultimate asskicker. he was a letdown. the design for his costume/appearance was a bit outlandish too.
other than that, it was great.

it is what it is, a vampire action flick. You can't go to it expecting great writing, or even the most riveting script.
Good action scenes, ryan reynolds was hilarious, and jessica is hot.
Snipes definitely tried to hard to be a bad ass, and Triple H should leave his acting in the ring.

Yes the end fight with Dracula was a let down. And how many times could Biel put the ear piece to the ipod in? i swear it showed her 10x; We Get it, IPOD's Vampires killers music choice preference. (plus no titty shots, -1 star)

once I heard that Jessica and HHH were in it, I knew it was gonna be a letdown. Some reviews from fans say that it sucked....I'll wait for the dvd...

it was terrible. I loved one and liked 2 but jeez
started wel. then failed to develop an interestingplot or even decribe who the minor villans were or why we should care about them. worse still they had blade making cheesy jokes, the film looked like it was shot using some cheap ass camcorder, they kill a major character off without any tangible remorse from others and to cap it al of they had the biggest naddest and most famous of all vampires, kill them all as its the final battle and managed to make NO-ONE care
eveyone in the theatre thought it was more comedy than good film. You know when they break out a funny guy, the standard arrow shooting piece of fluff with an i-pod (so she's cool and all) and end it with some cheesy ass rap music its gonna suck. They didnt even have her with her clothes off or anything
I wish i could have gotten a refund
