I mean european black coffee (not the american beverage which look like real coffee without the taste!)

How long its effect (a good kick in the ass) last ?
and when should you take it ? (1 hour before training, 30 min , 5 min ?)
 
Caffeine is better when stacked with ephedrine (eca).

I recommend 30 mins prior. However, all it will do is give you energy - not very thermogenic as of itself. Be sure to have a proper diet and training regimen before you even try adding stuff like eca or black coffee.
 
The caffeine in coffee (or any other caffeinated beverage) is only ergogenic if you take it occasionally. In other words, if you drink coffee every day (any type of coffee) then you will become "addicted", "accustomed" or "acclimatized" to it's effects and it will no longer work as a thermogenic.
