I did that for a tad to compare speed when I switched from DSL to cable. Its easy enough.
Technically I guess it can be illegal. But it doesn't seem to get enforced much. pOink regularly apprises us of his masses of downloads. He ain't postin' from the county pokehouse.

-you have to search for what movie you want
-download the torrent file (very small)
-open that torrent file in azureus
you may need tools for unpacking the downloaded movies
-correct codecs to view the video properly
