Biotin dose with every R-ala dose?

When using Glocorell R, should you take bitoin every time with it, or just supplement with it daily?

glucorellR has biotin (unless you have a bottle that a couple months old) so no need to add.

if you have an old one without biotin then the answer is take it every time or at least spread throughout the day. once a day with biotin means excretion of most of it and none when you "need" it.
