Is Biotin really needed during r-ALA use?
It appears that most of the biotin our body absorbs is from what is synthesised by our gut flora. Looking after these would be the best way of maintaining biotin levels?
How much are people using?
Biotin and ALA/R+ compete for the same resources in our body, so yes, it *should* be beneficial. Normally, 500-750mcg should be used with every 100mg R+ (300mg ALA)
