Greetings and HELLO to all. This site ROCKS!!! It has tons of useful information. I was wondering, I used to use a supplement called biofactor (manufactured by pure sports sciences) and had some really good results. I am looking to drop from about 18% body fat down to around 12%. No, I am not a professional athlete but do want to look my best. I am 38 years old and am 6 feet 2inches tall.
The problem is, I can't find it anymore and I don't think I am quite ready for testosterone (don't really understand the cycles and everything that goes with it). I considered HGH but don't really understand how that is supposed to work either.
Any over the counter supplements that really work??? any suggestions since my biofactor is no longer available???
