how fucking accurate is this? i was told within 3 %... but i was callipered in the summer at 11% and 12.2%... and i did the bio today and lets just say i was not impressed with the digits that showed up.

It is affected by too many variables.....how much you have had to drink...how much salt...etc.

Do this.....get the most qualified tech to doa three site test and use a black magic marker to dot the skinfold pinches......

well, i was so pissed and needing to prove this bitch wrong that i went to 2 ballys today.... had each of the trainers do the skin folds instead of that piece of shit.... (they do it cuz its easy, i'm sure).... the results were more like what i had expected... 14.6 and 14.3... i came home and used my electric calipers and it was at 15.1.... i know, it's fat and all but fuck, it's not 21%!!!!
