Bill Romanowski's book-Romo

I read the reviews on this book and they are horrible. Everyone is saying not to buy into his hype bullshit and buy this book. I'd still like to read some of the shit this guy went through.

i think he is an ass.. not because of how he played, but he is always half smiling when he talks about hittin people and shit

I'd definitely like to read his book, but I don't want to support that jerk. He ruined one of his teamates career by throwing a haymaker to his jaw in practice. He was out there trying to hurt people. And yes, he does always have that half smile when he talks about what he did. I can't stand that dude.

I agree. On the field you are a different person. But if you hurt someone while PLAYING football you should have at the very least remorse for what you did AFTER YOUR OFF THE FEILD.

The game is beyond tuff and you will get hurt playing in the NFL but you have to be human when you come off the field..

When you hit someone playing ball yes you hit them with the intention of possibly taking them out of the game but not to end their career.

Example: Rodney Harrison when at San Diego broke Kansas City Chiefs QB Trent Greens leg during a game. After the incident Rodney went up to Trent and talked to him about what happend....Rodney explained that what he did was not intentional and that he was just playing hard trying to make a play...Even some of Rodney's coaches at San Diego felt that Rodney might have gone too far at the end of the play and that made Rodney question if he did go to far on that play

Even though I hate the Fucking Pats and I hate Rodney Harrison I respect him for playing every game like it's his last. HARD.

Romo never had any empathy for anyone he hurt.

I can't even sit here and begin to even think the level of intensity that NFL players have to play at.....Romo carried that same intensity off the field. That I don't agree on.

agree. his lack of emphathy is what makes it so bad

That's right and don't forget it!

Actually Romo is a pretty professional acting dude off the field from what i've heard. If I had to compare him with someone I would say Rambo1.

He played at Boston college in the late 80s, if you know BC people, he fits the bill.

Romo is a true warrior. I have the utmost admiration and respect for him.
