the program itself is not a scam, it worked very well for me. The supps he says to take are a scam. When i went on the BFL program, i didn't follow the workout scheme but i did follow the diet plan. All i have to say is that i've never been so ripped in my life.

I agree with maxx even thou I read the book Phillips got away from the gear scene awile ago when he decided he couldnt make money off of AS so hejacked supp. prices but I wouldnt turn down the money he makes.

I have to admit that the diet is very good and will work if given time, but I would not waste any money on Supplements other than a Multi, Vitamin C, a good whey protein powder and maybe a box of Myoplex.

Just like the above posts I think the diet is very good, but think I could do without all the supplements. The funny thing about his contests is that you must produce all the reciepts from his line of products that were used. You got to admit, he's a good businessman.

It's actually one of the best workouts I've ever done in my life. (Written by Sean Phillips of course...Bill could never write something this good.)

It's great for beginner and the diet is good for cutting just skip the $100 a week supplement part.

He used to have one of the most hardcore mags out there. But like said before no money in it.

the program is alright for people that have no knowledge of where to start in diet and trainging routine. but still there are alot of things you can learn to enhance your diet and even get better results as for him he hes out for money who is can't blaim him i am sick of hearing his name but the fact he wants money more power but i will never use his supps to expensive and also i get everything from food that i can cheaper and better less sodium occasionly protien shake is alright but i get a diff brand. Anthoer point his line is not eve nmade by him it is manufactured by another company that does the same for many other so called big name companies.
