Diet
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, tbsp of honey, tbsp flax, 1 banana, 1 cup 2%

Meal 2,3,4: 6oz. Steak, turkey or chicken or Lg. Can of tuna and 1-2 cups frozen peas/carrots/broccoli

Meal 5: 2 scoops whey, tbsp of honey, 1 banana, 1 cup 2%

Meal 6: Lg. Can of tuna and 1-2 cups veggies

Meal 7: 2 scoops whey, tbsp flax, 1 cup 2% (Post Workout)

Supplements: Multi-vitamin, vit-C, vit-E, ginger root, glucosamine conjointent

1-2 gallons of water a day, as much as I can get down.

Going to make the Fina and run it ED for 6 weeks.
I change my mind everyday on what to run with it –winny or sust or??


Workout
With partner 1-2 hours starting around 7-8pm
Day 1 – Chest/tris, abs.
Day 2 – Back/bis.
Day 3 - Rest
Day 4 – Shoulders, traps, abs.
Day 5 - Legs
Day 6 – Rest
Running 5 days per week for 30-40 minutes in the morning

Let me have it?
 
Lose the flax after you workout. Fat only slows down absorption. Are you bulking or cutting? Looks like a bulker obviously. What is the cycle?
 
Looks fairly solid...

You workout at 7-8pm which is a pain when it comes to timing your diet.

Have 1 scoop of whey with 30g of carbs or so before your workout, it will improve the quality of your workout.

That's obviously a cutting diet..

Make sure you get natural honey...none of that extremely processed crap with the the bee on it. You can find it at any grocery store usually in a jar. It's actually better than the highly processed one.

I love sust, should I with such low carbs
or go with winny or even fina alone?
