Well I just completed my 3rd week of swolecat's program. I have to say I am seeing some really good results. My vascularity has shot through the roof, strength has increased, body weight decreased and I am getting compliments all over the place. Twice in the past week I have been asked at the gym if I am training for a show because I have trimmed down and hardened up so much in the past 3 weeks. Swole's diet is effective because it concentrates on the little things such as timing of nutrients as well as proper supplementation at the proper time. He has been extremely receptive no matter how stupid my questions have been. To all you who are stagnant in your dieting goals, give his program a shot, it is well worth it!!!

I enjoyed working with Swole, and agree about the vascularity too.
 
I'll have them up this Tuesday, my body shots did not come out and my GF is out of town until Monday. I posted some pics of my arms on the members pics board, there is no before but I will tell you that they did not look like that 3 weeks ago.

The man definitely knows what he's doing. Been on SGX for 21 days now and look and feel great, down 11lbs and getting stronger...without any drugs!

Just curious, what is the basis of the diet? Low carb, low fat, high carb etc?

its similar to animabolics. you time your carb intake with your workouts
