March 2, 2006: I started a day earlier than I had originally said so this is the third day. I am following the cycle that C-Los recommended in an earlier thread to me. Diet and training have been intense and well kept. The biggest thing I have noticed at this point is the soreness isn't there and my endurance/strength have increased a little. My biggest problem right now is that my knees are killing me.


I plan to update at least once a week, more often is changes are taking place.
 
Following is the cycle recommended to me and what I am following.



I'm loving the title

I agree with Ryan, PP and Prostanozol. Prostanozol alone is known for putting on 4-7lbs of LBM.

Get two bottles of Phera-Plex and Prostanozol, one of AX PCT or AX RXT and one bottle of AX Retain.

With that quantity I rec.:
CYCLE:
wk1-Prostanozol 75mg
wk2-Phera-Plex 20mg / Prostanozol 100mg
wk3-Phera-Plex 20mg / Prostanozol 100-125mg
wk4-Phera-Plex 30mg / Prostanozol 125-150mg
wk5-Phera-Plex 30-40mg /Prostanozol 150-175mg
(wk 5 depends on the side-effects/gain ratio)

PCT:
Nolva 40mg/20mg/20mg/10mg
AX PCT or AX RXT 50mg/50mg/25mg/25mg
AX Retain 3caps/3caps/3caps/2caps

*Nolva dose at night
*PCT or RXT throughout the day or at night with a fatty meal and/or your omaga fatty acids.
PP and Prost with a fatty meal and/or your omega fatty acids with equally divided dosages througout the day.

I do not want to give you an exact amount of Prost., since I want you to determine its effects and how well you react to the compund. Once you get the "feel" for Prost., choose btwn. the dosages listed above.

IMO, Hawthorn does not need to be preloaded. Use Perfect cycle at 3-4 tabs ED, Milk Thistle 1 week prior to the cycle and during PCT.
Diet and Training, you seems experienced and knowledged in this areas, regardless, remember to eat VERY large quantities of protein and cabs everday throughout the day. Training needs to be intense and near flawless.

not quite the end of week one but who cares at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my strength is way up. nearly instant recovery, i.e. just about zero soreness even after doing an arms only, what I thought would be crippling, workout. The pump was wicked and actually hurt a little but no soreness over the next few days.

now, as far as the weight goes; I've only seen 2.5 lbs increase in scale weight but I would have to bet there's been a little fat loss at this point. diet is in good shape and am increasing protein and carb intake this week as I'm looking at starting PP tomorrow.
 
It's only been a day but if today is any indication of the next four weeks I'm gonna love this. Hard to describe the feeling but its pretty close to AAS.
 
tomorrow is the first day of week three. I'm following the above plan to the T, i.e. 125 mg pros this week. My diet has been pretty good, could be better :), and my training has been very intense.

Update: scale weight - up 6.5 pounds
sides - what sides? If they're there then I don't know it. The only problem I'm having is a little joint pain.
workouts - awesome

So far, I've been extemely impressed. I'm glad I spent a boat load of $ in order to have enough for approx. three cycles.

BTW, my wife is hating the veins popping out of my forearms and calves :). She said I look like a real freak. :) :) I said, thank you baby.
 
Getting close to the start of week four. I've developed a little acne, face & back, but very little. Other than that the sides are non-existent.

My strength is out of the roof; as I just got through working back & tris and I still can't believe it was me working out. However, I must say this past week was a bad week as far as training goes, traveled three days for work and then had a funeral to attend out of town, i.e. I was well rested and looking forward to a good trashing.

Weight wise; I'm impressed at this point, bc you have to remember I've been playing with AAS and not PH. The weight I've put on to this point appears to me to be good solid muscle, I'm not seeing the dbol bloat, etc. However, I've probably kept my diet cleaner on this cycle than I have in the past on other cycles.

Stay tuned, weeks four and five ahead.

This is great cycle so far and you still have a few more weeks to go....man oh man! :D

Is this all you are using for "one cycle" big r?

I have been thinking of dropping some cash on AX products, but not sure on the quantities to purchase.

Without figuring it up again, I don't know; I bought a lot, too much if you want to know the truth. But, you can go up to the cycle I'm following and figure that each PP pill is 10mg and each PS pill is 25mg.

I do a lot more reading than I do posting. Generally I only post when something irritates me or feel as though another/different/reasoning opinion is need. That said, if I can be of any help to you, feel free to contact me.
 
Today is the last day :mad:

This has been a great cycle in my opinion. I've been on these products as described above for five weeks. In five weeks, the worst side effect I noticed was a little acne. The best side effect I noticed was my scale weight going up 13.5 lbs. If my body fat changed, it wasn't measurable. I've kept my diet clean, very clean according to some, for trying to put on mass. I could have increased the carbs and fat and probably experienced more scale weight gain, but that wasn't what I was after. I was after a good solid 10-15 lbs and that is what I got. Now, it's time for PCT and a closer look at the diet and see if we can maintain it. I'll let you know in three to four weeks.

How's the PCT going? I'm sitting on a bunch of this stuff (And many other AX products). I should be starting another cycle shortly. Can't wait!
 
Sorry for the long delay in a reply but I haven't been around a cpu in nearly two weeks.

PCT is going great. I haven't lost a pound as we speak and my strength hasn't dropped much at all. I've been very impressed with the products, cycle and PCT.
