Big qustion for u..need your opinion?!

K well I weigh pretty close to 165 and 25% bodyfat ....April 12 i compete in my first BB show, it's a nat. show and i will be in jonoirs since i'm only 20. Thats like 41.25 approx of bodyfat... is 15 weeks enogh time to lean out/// i am meeting with my new coach and he'll be giving my doing the whole diet changes all the way along...I've been of diet for 3 weeks now!! been getting good gains and i used the extra cals for bulking....anyhow..my last contest was suppose to to be in oct but was cancelled so i've done soem trial and error allready...what u think? i am very disciplined...thats not a factor!
 
it will prolbably take about 11 weeks to drop 25 pounds, leaving you time to play around with carb/sodium depletion. A good rule of measure is to come in a few weeks early( like 3 weeks) which will give you time to play around.

I think you can do it in 15 week, if your trainer has any idea what he's talking about you should be able to come in at 9-10% w/o any problems.

he's trainined soem of the top competitors in all the local shows...and he has come in as overall in recent years as well as top poser as well as others he he's trainied i have alot of faithin this guy. meet with him this monday!!
