Just getting things straight, Casavant.

Today is so much brighter than yesterday. My situation is STILL SUCKY, but I am learning to not only live, but love again. But this time around it is sooo much better, because it IS NOT at the cost of my personal happiness. It shouldn't have to strip you of your humanity to love your fellow man. I am not talking about "romantic love".... matters of the heart are another matter altogether.
I actually want to try and find a way to help my ex (of course, not in an OBVIOUS way) try and fix his head. I know that I can't do it FOR HIM - hell, that is why we are getting divorced. It isn't for me... it is for my girls first of all and secondly, for him. Even after all of the bs he has perpetrated on me and the girls I now realize that it comes from his own fear and pain. I have no love for him as a husband, but he will always be the father of my girls. I would HATE for him to "lose" our girls. If he continues on his current path, that is SURELY what will happen.
I will shoot you an email sooner than later.... so many wonderful things have revealed themselves to me, Val and I want to share them with you. Perhaps they may help you too!
