Bicept injection....the pain

I can't even flex my bi at all without having some bad pain. It's nit like I'm shooting some painful stuff here. (tren) My question is, how long until this pain subsides. about

Why the hell are you using biceps? That's one of the worst muscles to inject in, as far as pain goes. Spot injections don't work for the most part, so I'm guessing you're just trying to rotate up your sites. Try the delts, or legs (vasitus lateralis), or even the lats. There's tons of vascularity in the bi's too. I don't have the balls to try a bicep shot.

Bi's are the worst?!? Really? I am pretty new to the injectables, but my third set of shots I tried the bi's and it went pretty well. I only had pain for about an hour or so, and it started about an hour after the inject. Where/how exactly are you injecting? Have you checked out www.spotinjections.com? Just curious, because that has become one of my favorite spots to hit.

Well, when i hit tri's awhile back I noticed spot growth so I finally got the balls to my bi's. The pain is a little bit better now, but i hope it doesn't affect my work-outs. And I'm not getting into the argument about if spot growth works. It did for me somehow, so you can stick that in your pipe and smoke it. Jk, Hopefully it works out. I can see lots of veins in my bi's so I know where to put it. Thats not a problem, but the pain is.

I do bi's get the pain every 3 or so injections...i think its just alittle more sensitive than other spots....my right bi sweeled and got tender and red once...lasted for about a week....i tak emy shots in shower so i think i got dirt and or soap mixed in.

Yea bis are a bit more sensitive...pain should subside by the third day though. I would stick to delts and tris really, no need to cause extra trouble unless you really want to do it.

Mine hurt for a good 3-4 days. It was kind of cool though, they were real hard and pumped looking. Just swelling I'm sure, but I liked it. I kind of get off being sore though! I shot 1cc of Primo in each, but I don't have big arms.

done bis before...no big deal....no pain....calf injects had me hobbling around like an arthritic old geezer!
