I strained my right bicep doing preacher curls back in September, 05. At first I ignored the pain because it wasn't very severe. Later as I continued to lift the pain grew worse. I stopped lifting weights for three weeks than started lifting again. After a couple of weeks the pain was back. Anyway, I did this on again off again for several months. Recently, I went to the specialist who diagnosed me with a bicep strain. I haven't lifted any weights now for two months and I'm going crazy. The docor gave me 600 MG Ibruprofen and strict orders to do no weights. But after two months my bicep still stings at times. Anybody here have any advice, ideas, etc. I want to return to weight lifting!!
