Bicep Injections

Can someone describe how to inject biceps in a somewhat painless way. Everytime I do it it hurts like a bitch. I inject 1.5 cc's fina daily.

maybe that's why it hurts so much. You're injecting into your bicep DAILY...why not use another site bro. Site injections such as bicep won't cause growth in that particular area. It only seems that way (cosmetic). Switch your sites around, because using your bicep alone is a good way to develop scar tissue. Go to 2Thick's site. Has great instructions on how to inject. How are you injecting anyway? I used my bicep for a site and it never hurt...only once when I sent through a vein (actually hurt it pop) lol

My arms are 19 1/4. The only places where I have problems are pecs and bi's.

I have no clue how u do it, but this is the way I've done it and it is relatively painless (at least the actual injection process). Also I keep the dose to 1ml for small muscle groups such as biceps, triceps, etc...

Actually I've only injected bi's a couple of times because they hurt so much. I just wanted them in the rotation of daily fina shots. I believe in site growth because the places I inject do seem to grow more and not just temporary. The pain isn't from the injection. Its more from the pin itself. I'm using a 25 gauge, one inch pin. I'll check out 2Thicks site and see if it helps. Thanks.

I ONLY inject into the bizeps!!
There are good and bad days-also depends on WHAT you shoot !
In General its the most painless area on MY body !!
