Bf%....

In general, during a cut - assuming that diet and cardio are in check with a solid lifting schedule, what is an ideal/average reduction in BF per week/month. I know that everyone is different and reacts differently to certain things - but as a general guide - what would be average?

all depends on what you start with....
its A LOT easier to go from 20% to say 15% than from 8% to 6%.

the higher it is when you start, the more you can expect to lose.
