1) When done correctly at a reasonable dose this would not be a normal thing.
2) I think either he is not taking it correctly or is just using it as an excuse. Have him post what he is doing and people here can make sure he is doing it right.
3) Or he could be predispositioned to those issues
Example, if he's not taking some test with it that will mess things up, if hes not taking caber (for the tren) and an AI (for the test) that could definitely cause health problems (gyno) as well as mental emotion issues. For many a little T3 helps reduce sides as well.
If his dose is really high he could get all kinds of major sides. Best thing you can do is get him to post what he is doing so people can see if he's got something not where it should be or something missing.
But I will say this, if you take tren wrong or too much of it, it can cause tons of unwanted things including a trip to the hospital.
