BF% AND cycleing Plz help

Hi all Ill tyr and keep short

I have been lifting for like 6 years turned my body from Mr fat down to bruce lee at one point. Started lifting in my second year and put on some real good size BUT BF% became high. I never really botherd about cal intake and diet I just got really over whelmed with lifting Big and heavy.

last year I done a few cycles and they went well but I now realize that cycleing when BF is over like 20% isent a good idea.

So right now im like 6ft 4inc 18stone with 28% bf. So my bodys got a tall strong man look but has some real good quality mus, its just the gut !

Im dieting now running 45min traning sessions with light weights.

I train first thing in the morning and run 5 sets and at least 12 reps and some time I will do a heavy set with 15min cardio at the end, and all is going well.

Protien is high and carbs good and clean alongside my fats. Im running some T3 at the moment and moving onto clen next week that I will bringe with a ECA stack. Now my questions is I coulden help throw some winni in to hold my size Im on like 50mg eod, Is this a good Idea with my body fat % being 28 ??
