Beverly International experiences?

I have a few buddies who take a heap of supplements from beverly and am just curious how many of you use them. If you do, are you satisfied with your supplements? Thanks!

I Would just like to say that I was very displeased by there products I spent about $1000 a month on products with no such luck that is not even inculding the diet you have to go by for the products to work you are constantley takin supplements all day its like being a walking medicine cabinet.

but they are supps=supplement your diet and training

there is no magic pill

my arms, what was your diet & training like if you didnt make any gains, and be honest

I think it was because I felt like I was eating pills you know they say there is no miracle pill. I feel as though you use there products and you can purchase the same amino protein as they have. One of my girlfriends on the other hand uses them and has no problem I guses it is the way your body reacts I kinda felt sick each day. Don't get me wrong but it is all product product products. I went off there products one month before my show and used the similar products from vitamin world and GNC had better results an came in 2nd not to shabby if I do say so my self.
