How long sould you bridge before starting another cycle?

Their isn't a set rule as for time. Some will say not to bridge and other will say time on = time off.

What was your previous cycle like? And your body type, height and weight?

bro, it depends on what you mean by bridging, are talking about a shot of test enethate every 10 days or are you taliking about coming off juice altogehther and using say clenbuterol ?
Normal period is 6-8 weeks off time, it allows the body to normalise its functions.

And if you shot last day of your cycle 3 amps of enantate, another few weeks you are NOT OFF, you are still ON.
