Better for Libido : Dermacrine/Sustain

Simple as that.. Which one do you guys notice has a better effect on libido and sex life?

Dermacrine is going to have a better effect because it converts to testosterone and other androgenic hormones. Sustain targets LH, which is great for recovering natural test but Dermacrine will give you more than that. It requires a PCT though if you use it for an extended period of time.

Dermacrine will increase your libido for sure, like rikishi said above you will need a pct or run sustain alpha if you run it for an extended period of time.
