Best websites for overseas orders?

I'm looking to buy protein powders and multivitamins for my personal use. I live outside the N.America, so I'm looking for a website which ships overseas with USPS (US postal service) and NOT with expensive couriers like Fedex, UPS etc.

Any suggestions?. I've heard some websites sell counterfeit stuff, so I'm being careful before placing an order.

Any experience with iherb.com?
