i just finished 2 bottles of prop eod while taking cyp 2 times/week and i just would go right delt, right glute, left delt, left glute and had no problems with pain or anything. in the delts it got a little red a few times and sore for a little bit but nothing unmanageable. with the 1 bottle of cyp that i have left that im shooting 2 times/week i just shoot into the delts with no problems.
trick with the glutes is to shoot upper outer quadrant. i read a post on here that said place your hands on your hips like at your waist line and then where your thumb is go down a little bit and over about 1" to the crack of your ass and youll be good to go, thats like shooting into the gluteus minimus.
