Best Way to take test prop

I got 10ml vial 250mg/ml and i was wondering ED or EOD is better.

Also where is best place to take it, as i heard some people get results from it when taking it in biceps or delts.
 
well bro, what dosage are you wanting to take? EOD has always worked fine for me, i don't know how long you are planning on taking it or how much per week so its hard to give you a dosage schedule....as for bi and tri and delt injections, i love putting prop/tren..hell anything for that matter in there. Prop usually causes some swelling so it can make your bi's/tri's appear bigger due to the swelling.....but along with swelling comes PAIN!!!
 
I like EOD, ED gets a bit much for me as i start to feel like a human pin cushion.

I only shoot quads and glutes so i cant help you on that one.
 
I switched glutes EOD. I can't imagine the pain of shooting in your delts or bis. My ass would be so sore sometimes I couldn't get outta my damn car.

u should definitely try quads and delts bro. It stings a little more when injecting, but after that, there is MUCH less pain. You don't have to sit down on your quads or delts so you don't have the constant pressure aggrivating it.

I've tried bi's before..........never again! That shit just straight hurts. :worried:

Excellent point, i didn't even notice that.....you may want to check what you have like this guy says bro, i've never seen prop that strong, hell i don't think you can keep it from crashing that high dosage
 
i just finished 2 bottles of prop eod while taking cyp 2 times/week and i just would go right delt, right glute, left delt, left glute and had no problems with pain or anything. in the delts it got a little red a few times and sore for a little bit but nothing unmanageable. with the 1 bottle of cyp that i have left that im shooting 2 times/week i just shoot into the delts with no problems.

trick with the glutes is to shoot upper outer quadrant. i read a post on here that said place your hands on your hips like at your waist line and then where your thumb is go down a little bit and over about 1" to the crack of your ass and youll be good to go, thats like shooting into the gluteus minimus.
 
Well i am taking it for 4 weeks, as ending my cycle with it. I have tried this company products before with good results, its called Squibb. I tried there 250mg/ml boldenone.

Thanks for the info guys. I am gonna take it in the delts and quads, i hope it doesn't hurt much, but anyways No pain No gain
 
I've found quad to be the worst spot. I own a const. company so walking around is a daily routine. Stairs and steep hills suck. Where I live it is all steep hills so I don't mess with quads at all. good luck
