Best way to suspend Proviron

1, get a cap'em quick (50 cap "machine" lol) and the appropriate-sized caps
2. fill 50 caps w/ sugar (i use sugar b/c raw mesterolone in crystalline in nature, and you want to use a filler that matches the consistency of the active ingredient), and take an average weight of all 50 caps in grams (ex 0.6g)
3. multiply average weight in grams x 50 (ex 600mg (or 0.6g) x 50= 30g)
4. weigh out amount of proviron you want (ex. 50mg per capx 50 caps= 2.5 grams)
5. get a plastic ziplock bag, some sugar, and pour the equivalent amount of sugar for the answer to step 3 (average cap weight x 50, above) into the bag
6. add proviron (step 4) on top of sugar in the bag, and shake and knead the bag for 15-20 min.
7. pour proviron mixture into cap'em quick and cap

I though it would be hard.
I have 15 grams...I will divide into 3 even batch and just scoop a little bit into each of the 50 caps until they are all "about" even and then I would have 150, 100mg ~ caps.
I know they won't be exact, but they will be fairly close.
This will take a full day probably, but at least they will be done and ready to use.

If you're determined to fill each cap one at a time, you might consider this method. I tried it once with var and got mixed results, but it's got to be better than eyeballing each cap.
Use the smallest caps you can find. Fill them with protein powder or any other powder that has a different color than your proviron. Tamp the powder down and repeat until there's an infinitessimally small amount of room left between the top of the powder and the lip of the cap. (In other words, the caps is 95% filled.) Pour in your proviron powder, sweep carefully with the plastic card until it's all gone and evenly distributed. Then slap on the tops.
Important, what ever method you chose, please rehearse using protein powders, just to get a feel for what you're doing.
