Best time to use sauna/hot bath?

How long after a workout would you say its best to wait before going in a sauna or taking a hot bath.

And do these methods assist in any significant recovery?

And thanks for answering this strange question that barely anyone even looked at, not that I even blamed them, especially now.

No wonder there was not much info on the web pertaining to this.

On a side note, I think my hot tub has a placebo effect as I always have a better nights sleep after being in it.
 
I have read something about it being good for you before sleep
 
this really has no backup but is going in the direction I'm looking for... I know I've read a study before involving hot water immersion timing for health benefits. I go in my jacuzzi at least once a day... just b/c it feels good though.. if there were an optimal time to do so to aid in lipolysis or even insulin suppression.. i'd do it.
