Got some superclen, need to know best time to take it, since you only take a 1/4 tab at a time thru out the day is not an option. I wake at 5:00 am and work out than on an empty stomach.
I don't think it really matters because of clen long half life. If I'm training, I'll take 100mcgs within 3-4 hours before my workout to get a good boost(wake up at 7am, train at noon) If I'm not training, I'll split it up and take it up to 2 pm.
