best time for winny

imo, it depends on the cycle and the goals of the cycle/user.

I always use winny/var type compounds at the end of my cycle. I think it just makes sense to do so.

i use it at the end,, to harden up,, and because it is an anti catabolic,, so it decreases the chances of losing gains,, not sure by how much,, but I like it.. plus its yellow,,, who doesnt like yellow things..

weeks 1-3 superdrol
weeks 4-8 winny

will i be able to do PCT after week 3 while on winny?

I don't know what concerns me more, teh fact that you worded that as the LAST 12 WEEKS or running winny for 12 weeks...
