Best time for protein postworkout?!

(subject)?? SO after lifting, when is the best time to drink your protein shake? You want sugars first after lifting right?!? what abour protein?
 
Take 50mgs protein post workout with 50-75 grams dextrose powder. Protein is good anytime though. Take it between meals for best muscle building effect.
 
I take protein immediately after workout...but, you should be safe to get it in within an hour to an hour and a half...and by sugars you mean?

And the gram amount of protein needss to fit what you have set for yourself...I take 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight....
I split that up into 6 times a day...meals mostly...but i do slam a shake or 2....dont drink to much protein at once, or nurse it a bit, or you may crap it out...
