Best Time for GH injection

i have been looking for it for hours....

I know i saw it in a post yesterday..But i cant find it now..

I want to do 3 GH injections perday....

Someone had posted a chart of what times your body does not produce....

Anyone have access to this....or know what the 3 best times are?

I inject my HGH every day about 1:00 PM. It seems like thats the right time for it to do it's work and I get about 10 or 12 hours of relaxing Sleep. I don't know if you consider HGH or GH the same. I going back to sleep.
