ive heard from a great range of supplements and the best ones ive heard of are using whey protein, V12, NO2, Nitro-Tech, and cell-tech. can anyone help me out with whats best and when i should use these products- pre and post workout?
 
Post workout:

Whey protein Isolate (most people here use optimum whey)
Dextrose
Creatine (Optional)
ALA/R-ALA (Glucorell is a good one)


Pre Workout:

I personally go for oatmeal and a protein blend 2 hours before
 
okay protein whey i a must for after your workout. Now as far as creatine goes if you want a lot of waterweight load up on creatine monohydrate if not and want a creatine for energy and strangth take something like creatine titrate.(instructions on how to take on bottle) now to gain weight you could use a weight gainer they are great and high in cal and protein.NO2 is good it got me started on my gains but its ntot all that. It can give you bad headaches but i would take it again (waste of money)
now bro i've gotten the best gains on just protein and food and you keep them that way so you gotta experiment
